At Aroma360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused diffusers and unopened fragrance oils.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragrance oils remain sealed and diffusers are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
